The word 'extraordinary' is a great word isn't it?
It's even better when it is applied to a business process.
But, how do we develop extraordinary business processes?
Breaking the word down gives us the biggest clue:
Or, put another way, it is finding ways to do ordinary things with a little bit extra.
And what is that little bit extra?
In my mind that would include finding ways to:

In my mind that would include finding ways to:
- Do it more simply.
- Do it faster.
- Do it with fewer mistakes.
- Do it more consistently.
- Do it more effectively.
...all things that are within our control to change.
String enough of these extraordinary processes together and you might find that your business results could be extraordinary too.
It isn't magic, it is called continuous improvement and perseverance.
