We've just had our 6th birthday.

Despite the (low key) celebrations we have compiled a new report that is available from our main website. There is also a link above on the menu to give you more information.

The report comes from a review of the themes that have been present during our projects over the last six years and provides some ideas on how you can avoid these various pitfalls so that your business can deliver its products and services on time more easily.

Over the past few weeks I have intervened in my client's continuous improvement programmes . I did this for one good reason: They weren't getting results. They caught the improvement bug, like so many organisations do. They got caught in the trap of wanting to change everything now! As I said, this happens to most of us from time to time.
