Who Owns The Task?

When I see an action on an issues board I often wonder who takes the lead when it says ‘ALL’.

How do you control ‘ALL’?

An action, to be effective, needs to have one owner.

The named person might not be able to do all of the task(s), but they will be designated to lead and facilitate the completion of the task.

If you put ‘ALL’ against any of your actions please reconsider. Choosing someone may be less fun, but usually it gets better results.
