Does your business use checklists?

Massively under rated by many businesses.


They can help to maintain the quality of a process and are so simple to use.

So, why don't people use them?

  • Do they look too simple?
  • Are they out of date?
  • Do your processes not 'trigger' them to be used?
  • Does no one review them periodically for compliance (and therefore they are deemed not important)?

There has to be a reason. Thankfully, if you flip the above four points round these typical problems are easy to resolve.
